What to Expect
2026 Holiday Market – Vendor Information
VENDORS – Vendors will go through a selection process to ensure duplicate vendors are not placed next to each other. You will be notified by email after final review. To request a specific placement, you MUST send an email to carol@thewindmillwinery.com to be added to the consideration list.
SPACES – Vendor spaces are inside or outside based on the vendor’s needs. Event Spaces are 10X10. If you require a 20x10 space, you MUST purchase two registrations. Vendors are responsible for their own setup and clean up and for bringing their own equipment to operate their business (e.g. cords, lights, tables, chairs, tape). Vendors are required to bring any equipment needed to Load in or out (e.g. wagon, dolly). Supplies will not be provided (e.g. cords, lights, tables, chairs, tape). NO CANOPIES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE BIG TOP TENT OR LAKE HOUSE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

Lake House & Big Top Tent
This ticket includes one standard indoor (1) 10' x 10' booth space. Vendors must provide tables, chairs, etc. as needed for their business. No canopies will be allowed indoor. Vendors will not be able to choose whether they will be in the Lake House or Big Top Tent.

The Twisted Tree
This ticket includes one standard outdoor (1) 10' x 10' booth space. Vendors must provide canopies, tables, chairs, etc. as needed for their business. Some booths may be in a dirt area. See overhead map for location. This area is near the Gift Wrap station and Children's Choir.

The Backyard

The Big Top Tent Area Outside
This ticket includes one standard outdoor (1) 10' x 10' booth space. Vendors must provide canopies, tables, chairs, etc. as needed for their business. These booths are in a dirt area- vendor to provide flooring if wanted. This location will be near the S'mores station. See overhead map to view location

This ticket includes one standard outdoor (1) 10' x 10' booth space. Vendors must provide canopies, tables, chairs, etc. as needed for their business. It is located on the veranda outside the Lake House. It will be next to the photo with Santa station
