What to Expect
This guided wine pairing and charcuterie building class will make you the star on the Christmas tree at your next Holiday get-together. Your ticket includes one wine flight of four one-ounce pours and all the ingredients you will need to follow along in creating an adorable charcuterie Christmas Charcu-Tree. As you learn how to build your charcuterie, your instructor will also give tips and tricks in pairing your wines with certain meals. Why does a Chardonnay go so well with buttered popcorn, but seems to be overpowered by a spicy Tex-Mex meal? And what's the deal with your favorite Pinot Noir and pepperoni pizza? You will be able to explain it to all your friends.
