Christmas Charcuterie Wreath & Wine Class

This guided wine pairing and charcuterie building class will make you the star on the Christmas tree at your next Holiday get-together.  Your ticket includes one wine flight of four one-ounce pours and all the ingredients you will need to follow along in creating an adorable charcuterie Christmas wreath.  As you learn how to build your charcuterie, your instructor will also give tips and tricks in pairing your wines with certain meals.  Why does a chardonnay go so well with lobster, but seems to be overpowered by a spicy Tex-Mex meal?  You will be able to explain it to all your friends.
