Lake House Photo Spots
Between the ceremony and reception, you slip away for ten minutes that feel like forever. Just you two, finally married, laughing about how you almost forgot the rings or how your flower girl went rogue. Your photographer follows at a distance, catching you spinning her by the water, him wiping lipstick off after a kiss, both of you taking that deep breath before rejoining your guests. These aren't posed moments—they're the exhale after the ceremony, the private jokes, the "we actually did it" whispers. Years later, these become the photos you look at most, the ones that capture how you really felt, not just how you looked.

Those stolen moments between events when you two sneak away and remember why you're doing all this

Find Your Spots
When you tour the Lake House, you are mentally storyboarding your album: where will we do portraits, where do we want that wide sweeping shot, and where can we sneak away for a quiet minute. Around the Lake House, there are built in spots along the water and near the venue that let your photographer move quickly without dragging you far from guests. You get variety in backgrounds within a short walk, which keeps your timeline tight and your faces fresh instead of tired.
